Welcome to the section providing information for leaseholders.

Leaseholders are customers who have bought the lease of the property but Brackell Forest Homes continues to own the freehold. This normally applies to flats or maisonettes.

Bracknell Forest Homes has around 1,100 leaseholders. There is a Leasehold management team led by a Senior Housing Officer, assisted by a Leasehold Management Officer, legal and finance personnel, to offer support and specialist advice to all leaseholders.

A handbook has been produced for leaseholders. It contains useful information for leaseholders and was put together with input from leaseholders.

Leaseholder News

A new publication for leaseholder has been produced and will be sent twice a year to leaseholders in March and September. It has been put together in consultation with customers. If you would like to suggest an article for a future edition please email us by clicking here.

Get involved as a leaseholder

There is a Bracknell Forest Leaseholders Association which meets regularly to discuss issues for leaseholders with Bracknell Forest Homes' staff. All leaseholders are invited to join and more information is available by clicking here.
