Regulators from the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) carried out their first year review visit in July 2009.
The regulators were impressed with the progress the organisation has made since transfer. They complimented the Board, staff and customers on the contributions made to the progress of the association. The regulator said: “Overall we found that Bracknell Forest Homes is providing high quality services, is well managed both organisationally and financially, and demonstrates very promising prospects for improvement.”
The TSA, which regulates all social housing providers, met the Board and customers to see how the housing association is performing and many
people contributed to the visit. The regulators saw there was a commitment to continuous improvement that ran throughout the organisation. They recognised that services had improved since transfer and were confident that this would continue into the future.
