Surveys for repairs

We may need to gain access to your home to undertake surveys from time to time. This could be for a number of reasons:

To carry out specialist surveys, for example to identify the presence of material containing asbestos
To carry out a survey prior to major repairs being carried out
To update our records on the condition of houses.

If we need to gain access to your property to undertake survey work, the surveyor will always carry identification and should have a pre-arranged appointment.

Please remember, do not allow any person into your home if they do not carry the relevant identification.
