Housing Management looks after everything to do with tenancies of our 5,600 properties. This includes rent collection, tenancy enforcement,
leasehold management, 
anti-social behaviour, abandoned vehicles and estate management.
There are 12 housing officers, who are divided into two teams: Neighbourhood management and Income management.
There are three Senior Housing Officers with a focus on anti-social behaviour, rent collection or leasehold management.
The Neighbourhood Management team looks after all general tenancy enquiries, including estate management, anti-social behaviour and leasehold managment.
The Income Management team looks after all rent payments, rent related enquires and support with rent arrears. It also offers free benefits information to advise customers about benefits they may be entitled to.
